Meet Our Providers
Dr. Jih is a compassionate primary care family physician known for taking time to truly listen. With decades of experience in family and urgent care medicine, he focuses on clear communication, practical guidance, and evidence-based care. Patients appreciate his calm approach, thorough explanations, and commitment to helping them feel better—both in the moment and long-term.
Dr. Jih is also an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University and is board-certified in family medicine and medical informatics. His career includes service as President of the San Bernardino County Medical Society and extensive volunteer work, such as being a football team physician.

Stephanie Fluitt is a highly skilled, friendly, and approachable certified Physician Assistant dedicated to making healthcare simple and comfortable for every patient. With a strong background in primary and preventative care, she blends clinical expertise with genuine warmth, ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Born and raised in the Inland Empire, Stephanie is passionate about building lasting patient relationships and is excited to care for individuals and families.
